Daisy Hill handles all setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.

Ideally, we suggest a tent as a rain backup when feasible.  Daisy Hill can execute a wedding flip for a $500 fee.  We require the final decision on moving the ceremony indoors 48 hours prior to the event.

The venue is reserved for a 5 hour block of time typically beginning with the ceremony. Vendors have access to the venue at 12:00 p.m. on the day of your event.  They will have one hour to strike and load out.  All decor, rentals and personal items need to be removed immediately following the event.

The Cottage Suite is available from 9:00 a.m. until ceremony.  The Venue Suite is located in the venue and may be accessed from 10:00 a.m. until the end of the event.

We can provide up to 200 white garden chairs. 

Linens are not included in the venue rental, however, we are able to order them for you.

 

All events are required to choose a caterer from our approved list.  We provid, and highly encourage the use of additional vendors from our preferred vendor list. 

 

Yes, an insured wedding coordinator is required for your event.  They will assist you with your planning and detailing including venue floor layout, timeline, vendor selection as well as create and follow a detailed timeline, manage the rehearsal, and conduct the processional. 

Daisy Hill will provide a venue coordinator to ensure the maintenance of the building, bar area, event staff and setup of tables and chairs.

Fayette County requires amplified music to be moved indoors by 10pm and ceased by 11pm.

There are many hotel options in the surrounding area.

All clients are required to purchase event insurance for the venue three months prior to the wedding. We offer assistance in obtaining insurance.
